The Watchlist widget is a highly customizable market overview tool that allows you to monitor price action, volume, and volatility across your favorite symbols in real-time. Utilizing virtual scrolling for high performance, it enables you to track hundreds of assets simultaneously without compromising terminal speed.
The interface is designed for rapid navigation and organization of multiple asset groups.
- Watchlist Selector: A dropdown menu that shows the active watchlist name and current symbol count. You can create unlimited independent watchlists or delete existing ones (provided it is not the last remaining list).
- Action Buttons:
- + Add: Opens a symbol selection dialog to search and add new assets to your list.
- Columns: Launches the Column Manager to show, hide, or reorder your data metrics.
- Description Area: An optional, editable field where you can add context or notes to a specific watchlist.
- Search Bar: Quickly filter the symbols within your active watchlist by name or exchange.
Table Columns
The Watchlist features several sortable columns to help you rank assets based on market performance.

| Symbol | Asset Identity | Shows the coin icon, symbol pair (e.g., BTC/USD), and source exchange. Always visible and cannot be hidden. |
| Price | Latest Price | Current USD market price. Formatted with dynamic precision: no decimals for prices ≥ $100. |
| 24h Vol. | Absolute Volume | Total trading volume over the last 24 hours, formatted with K/M/B suffixes. |
| 24h Chg. | Price Change | Percentage change in price over the last 24 hours. Color-coded Green for positive and Red for negative. |
Features & Customization
Column Management
The Manage Columns dialog allows you to tailor the widget to your specific needs:
- Visibility: Toggle the eye icon to show or hide optional columns.
- Reordering: Drag and drop metrics to change their display order in the table.
- Sorting: Click any column header to toggle ascending or descending sorts. A blue icon indicates the active sorting metric.
Symbol Management
- Interactivity: Clicking a symbol row instantly updates your main chart to that asset.
- Quick Delete: Hover over a row to reveal a Trash icon, allowing you to instantly remove the symbol from your watchlist.
Since each Watchlist widget instance is independent, you can add multiple Watchlist widgets to your workspace—for example, one for “Major Coins” and another for “DeFi Tokens”—to monitor different market sectors side-by-side.
